Dan is a seasoned leader, business owner, CEO, with experience as a business executive, business consultant, financial manager, and executive coach leveraging over 3+ decades of coaching and consulting, people leadership, and project management experience to serve our Thriving Leaders Group clients. Dan has a passion to help clients create success and develop impact in business and their personal life. He simply says, "Helping Thrive not just survive"!

Dan holds two master's degrees from Webster University, one in Information Technology Management and one in Business Management and Leadership along with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Nazarene University.

Dan served in the United States Air Force retiring as a senior aviation officer with over 3,400 flight hours in the C-130. Dan has numerous military and corporate awards including the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Dan held many leadership positions in the Air Force and industry where he trained, coached, and mentored many military and civilian personnel.

Dan has held key technical and leadership roles in corporations and academic institutions contributing to the organization’s successes and achievements. Additionally, Dan has served on multiple board of directors in various leadership capacities.

At the Thriving Leaders Group, Dan partners with business executives, corporate leaders, and emerging leaders to develop and refine their leadership competencies, management expertise, and business capabilities ultimately to achieve their own successes in the industry and market of their choice.

Dan's personal values are Faith, Family, Integrity, Grit, Excellence, Service, and Stewardship. He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Mandy. They have three incredible adult children and four beautiful and amazing grandchildren.
